Berwickshire’s Hazel Smith, founder of Re-Tweed, has been shortlisted in the Social Enterprise Champion category in this year’s Social Enterprise Awards.
Re-Tweed is an award-winning social enterprise based in Eyemouth that offers women a new way to think about their futures by gaining the skills and experience for creative industry and enterprise. They also produce original furnishings and fashions and crafts.
The shortlist for the awards has been announced by Social Enterprise Scotland.
Winners will be announced at The Scottish Parliament awards ceremony on Tuesday 12th November.
