Alzheimer Scotland has launched a new consultation in the Scottish Borders to gather the views of people who access support and information.
They are interested to hear the views of people about what they have found helpful and what can be improved. The consultation will run until the end of this year.
The survey can be completed online or by hard copy. Early in the new year, there will be be face-to-face consultation events to discuss the findings of this initial consultation.
The data will be collated as a report and presented to the Scottish Borders Integrated Joint Board.
